March is officially Art Month in Sydney and always a popular event! One of the most popular components from the last couple of years has been the Art Cycle Tours. Back by popular demand Art Cycle presents a whole series of tours, seven in all, that will take you into the heart of a different art precinct each week. Participants will visit a series of galleries on each tour with talks from galleries and artists at each stop.
The seven tours include, an exploration of the hidden studios and galleries of Marrickville, the Sydney Biennale, a Leichhardt studio trail and the Bourke St cycleway tour. Held across seven different occasions there’s no excuse for missing any of these!
Places are limited and while all of the tours are free you will have to book. Booking for each tour become available progressively. All tours are conducted between 11am and 4pm with meeting places and itineraries varying for each tour so be sure to check all the details and make your bookings at Art Month.
