Velo-fringe is two whole weeks of bike fun in Adelaide, a festival for bike riders of all sorts, persuasions and personalities! Just one of those events is Velo in the Park and it looks like a ripper!
The Adelaide City Council and ‘Life. Be in it’ are staging Velo in the Park at Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi on Sunday 18th May. There will be Criterium Races, Pedal Prix, Duathlon, Mountain Bike, Skid Kids, Cycle Cross, Hand cycles, BMX for kids, entertainment and stalls.
We’ve teamed up with Treadly Bike Shop to be at one of those stalls. You’ll be able to test ride Tokyo Bike, Brompton and Strider balance bikes as well as try on a few Nutcase helmets. We’ll be providing prizes on the day and of course you will also be able to buy back issues of Treadlie magazine and we’ll have a special deal on the day for any new subscribers.
Velo in the Park runs from 10-3 on Sunday May 18th as part of Velo-fringe.
