Obviously, a bike lock’s security chops are of supreme import – but we are especially fond of locks that do their jobs with style. The TiGr® Lock is an example of trying to have it all: a handcrafted titanium number made in the US.
There are a few options in the range. There’s the OG, The Original TiGr® which secures both wheels on most bikes and weighs in at 1.4 pounds or 0.63 kilograms. This one also comes in long and short versions.
The more petit TiGr® mini or mini+ are mounted on the downtube when not in use. They vary slightly in size and both weigh around a pound (0.45 kilograms for the metrically-inclined).
A reminder that locks may be necessary, but they don’t necessarily have to look bad!
