Composer Johnny Random has been bewitched by bikes, or more specifically, the sense of freedom riding them has given him since he was a kid. I mean who hasn’t?
As a musician breaking new ground with musical compositions made exclusively from everyday objects, he has set out to capture this sense of freedom in a unique manner. His debut single, “Bespoken”, explores the full potential of sounds generated from bicycles and their components, transcending the role of traditional instrumentation as the accepted method for creating beautiful and thought-provoking music. This video gives a glimpse into the process behind this composition.
