Key figures behind three active transport success stories in the UK and Australia will share their tools and tactics and explain how they can easily be adapted to other Australian cities and towns, when Sydney’s Royal Randwick Racecourse hosts the event on the 25th and 26th November.
A stellar list of micromobility’s top entrepreneurs, lobbyists, academics and tech developers from Australia and around the world will discuss the latest developments in the booming active transport sector.
“We’re offering a 40% discount for volunteer advocates of active transport to register for the conference’s Making it Happen events on successful advocacy,” according to conference founder and cycling media publisher Phil Latz said.
“Our greatest motivation for running the conference and promoting micromobility was to help reduce transport emissions, create healthier and more connected communities and make it safer for current and future generations to cycle. We therefore want to make the event accessible to as many active transport advocates as possible.”
Everyone who registers for the Micromobility Conference will also be in the running to win one of two $3,999 e-bikes from Momentum, the Giant Group’s dedicated urban and lifestyle brand.
The conference will be accompanied on both days by the Micromobility Expo, featuring the latest in e-bikes, e-scooters, e-cargo bikes, and three test tracks to try them out.
People will also have the option to participate virtually via the event’s livestream.
