In case you missed it we’ve decided we can no longer confine our gorgeous centrefold section to our biannual print magazine and have started featuring them online too.
This time we’ve chosen a bike that is more art than transport, but if you look beyond the aesthetic – and dig deep in your wallet – you’ll find it serves as both.
The stunning AnalogOne.One is a beautifully carved wooden bicycle custom built by Mike Pecsok of Grainworks Wood Art to fit your size and taste.
This MTB style build combines a wood and steel mainframe consisting of nine layers that are laminated together and comes in cherry (pictured), walnut or baltic green.
While each bike is singular, the standard components include a Gates CDX belt drive, RaceFace Cranks, Niner fork and bars, Avid 7 or above brakes, and Azonic wheels with Schwalbe Big Apple tires – and it only weighs in at a little over 12kg, which is pretty impressive considering what it’s made from.
