Pedal Brisbane is all about cycling. All sorts of cycling! Cycling will be celebrated with art, film, talks, innovators and initiatives. Along with heaps of other great supporters, Treadlie magazine want to see you join in spreading bicycle culture in Brisbane. Pedal’s first event will be held in West End, Brisbane.
A Style over Speed group ride will kick off the evening before a unique event combining information art and a party atmosphere that will run until midnight. There’s something here for every bike rider be it BMX, road, leisure, family, commuters, couriers or anyone else with a bike.
Pedal will include photography from talented Brisbane and international photographers. We will be screening some beautiful and captivating film on cycling. Pedal will also be showing cycling footage from Brisbane and other great bicycle cities around the world.
There’ll be a bar and Street Food Australia’s bicycle food-vendors. (Remember them from Treadlie #10?) So ride your bike there, its a family-friendly event for everyone with a thing for bikes.Lets get this rolling!
