The Australia Day weekend will see up to twenty teams from all over Australia , and possibly New Zealand, in Hobart for the Ho-twon Hoedown Bike Polo Tournament. With the Hardcourt Bike Polo World Championships in Florida still fresh in everyone’s minds competition should be hot!
Organisers are hoping to use the opportunity of having so many skilled players in town to showcase the excitement of bike polo and attract more players from the Hobart area. With this in mind there will be an area for new players to have a roll around, give it a shot, and start to get comfortable riding with a mallet.
