Cycling Victoria ‘Come and Try Track Sessions’

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to race around a track? Ever wondered how it feels to ride around banks with angles that seem to defy gravity?

If you answered yes, then a Cycling Victoria Come and Try Track Session is for you.

Aimed at persons 13 years and over, these clinics allow the individual to experience the thrill of track cycling under the guidance and support of nationally qualified coaches. Try something different, learn new skills, have some fun and chat about it with your friends afterwards.

When: 16 September
30 September
11 November
9 December

Time: 11am to 1pm

Where: Darebin International Sports Centre (DISC) Indoor Velodrome, 281 Darebin Rd, Thornbury Vic 3071

Cost: $25

Track bikes: Supplied by Cycling Victoria if you don’t have your own!

Helmets: By law you are required to wear a helmet at all times on a bike, the helmet must have the Australian Standard sticker AS/NZS 2063 intact or you will not be able to wear that helmet.

Clothes: Cycling shorts or pants, no loose clothing, a top with sleeves and runners.

Pedals: Due to time constraints there will be no changing of pedals.
