As the 2015-2016 mountain biking season draws to a close for another year, there are still three big weekends of riding to be enjoyed. There’s plenty happening across the resort, with perfect autumn temperatures making it ideal mountain bike conditions.

Mt Buller is home to some of the best mountain biking in Australia, with over 65 kilometres of incredible trails for riders to enjoy. Mt Buller offers cross country, “flow down”, gravity and skills parks, plus Australia’s first and only Epic Trail.

Across the weekends, riders can take advantage of the Blue Dirt Gravity MTB Shuttle transporting riders and their bikes from the bottom of the trails to the starting points at the top, giving access to the extensive network of gravity and cross country bike trails.

The shuttle operates Saturdays and Sundays in April from 10am – 4pm. Prices for a one day Gravity Shuttle pass start from $50 per person and from $90 per person for a two day pass.

The ANZAC Day holiday, 23 – 25 April is a great opportunity to get away and enjoy a long weekend on the trails with friends and family. Blue Dirt add to their Gravity MTB shuttles with an All Mountain Shuttle, providing riders with transfers from the Australian Alpine Epic, Delatite River Trail, and the infamous Klingsporn trail.

The final weekend of the mountain bike season, Saturday 30 April – Sunday 1 May, will be celebrated with the Blue Dirt ‘Blow Out’.  This epic season finale includes two big days of riding on gravity trails, with the added bonus of a free sausage sizzle for all pass holders, plus free beer and pizza for two day pass holders!

All participants are encouraged to register online prior to the event, as there are no on-the-day registration options. For more information, visit the Events page at bike.mtbuller.com.au.
